Our founder, Russell Saltz, envisioned a firm where rigorous analysis, data-driven strategy, a genuine commitment to client success, and a deep spirit of partnership converge — values shaped by his early career in public service at the U.S. Department of Labor. That vision took root during his time at the London School of Economics, where late-night conversations in the Holborn neighborhood sparked an idea: what if consulting wasn’t just about delivering recommendations, but about working hand-in-hand with clients to build lasting impact?
Years later, that idea became Holborn International.
